Our rooms

Our facility offers various possibilities for events of all types and sizes. Whether weddings, conferences, fairs, concerts or other events. The rooms are available individually or can be partially combined if required. This allows us to customize the room size. It is also possible to provide training or seminars with several training rooms without any problems.    

Do you need a catering service for your event? Our restaurant “Die Bühne – Backstage” offers everything you need to make your event a successful one, starting with conference drinks and finger food right through to a complete menu.

Wendelinus-Saal

The Wendelinus-Saal is our biggest room and includes a stage. The room is approx. 400 m2 and offers space for 520 people with row seating. It is expandable by the Barbara-Saal and/ or by Hubertus-Saal.

The Wendelinus-Saal can be used for concerts, seminars, weddings, fairs and many other events.

Barbara-Saal

The Barbara-Saal is centrally located behind the Wendelinus-Saal and with its approx. 150 m2 it is especially available as a seminar room. In combination with the Wendelinus-Saal the row seating can be extended to 670 people.

Hubertus-Saal

The Hubertus-Saal is 100 m2 and primarily used as a seminar room. In combination with the Wendelinus-Saal and Barbara-Saal the raw seating can be extended to 730 people.

CCR-Lounge

Our CCR-Lounge has recently been completely renovated and is 135 m2. The spacious room is accessible through a separate entrance, yet still it is connected to our lower reception area. The room has a fully equipped bar, kitchen as well as separate restrooms.

By opening two large double doors, the outdoor area in front of the CCR-Lounge can also be used.

Reception area

The upper reception area is approx. 300 m2 and includes a bar as well as lounge and bar tables. It is particularly suitable for buffet stations at big events with catering or as exhibition space at trade fairs.

Our main entrance, restrooms as well as the cloakroom and the passageway to the CCR-Lounge can be found in the lower reception area.
